What does Le Cocon d'Or sell?

Le Cocon d'Or is an online boutique of baby girl clothing, baby boy clothing and maternity wear with a timeless, elegant style: dresses, sets, knitwear, coats, shoes, accessories and nursing lingerie.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 6 to 15 business days within the European Union (including France) and 8 to 15 business days to the rest of the world. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs €4.99 to France, €7.99 within the European Union and €9.99 to international destinations. The exact amount is shown at checkout. Outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are paid by the customer.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to France and all European Union countries, as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, plus other methods depending on your country. All payments are secured and encrypted.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at lecocondorboutique@gmail.com with your order number. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective, damaged or incorrect items, which must be reported within 7 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

How do I choose the right size?

Sizes are given by age. Each product page includes a size guide; if you hesitate between two sizes, write to us and we will help you choose.

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to appear after dispatch. If it has not been updated after 5 to 7 business days, please contact us.
