Le Cocon d'Or was born in Doubs, a few kilometres from the Swiss border, between the peaks of the Jura and the lakes of Switzerland. Here, winters are long, homes are warm and things are meant to last. That is the spirit we look for in everything we choose.
An alpine elegance
Our corner of the Jura shares a heritage of precision and discretion with its Swiss neighbour: the patient gestures of the watchmakers of the Jura arc, chalet interiors of wood and wool, the quiet colours of snow and pine. We bring that restraint to the very first wardrobe: soft fabrics, understated cuts and ivory, camel and chocolate tones that outlast the seasons.
A careful selection
We do not make our pieces ourselves. We select them one by one from our suppliers, for their softness, their finish and how easily little ones and mothers can wear them, and we only keep those that fit the spirit of the house.
